The Potolook plug-in: the Toolbar didn't appear |

The decision of a problem:
- Click View->Toolbar. If there is the Potolook plug-in, enable it, the toolbar must appear.
- Click Help->About Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items.... If the Potolook plug-in is in the list, enable it by clicking the "Enable" button.
- Make sure that the plug-in is installed correctly. To do this, click Tools->Options->Other->Advanced Options...->COM Add-Ins.... There must be a Potolook line, enable it if it wasn't enabled before.
If the panel didn't appear, please contact the support.
